Leave the highway at exit number 12.
Go straight on toward S.Lazzaro.
At the crossroad of S.Lazzaro go straight on.
At the following crossroad, turn left toward "Pulce"-> "Farneto"-> "Botteghino" and then straight on.
The house you're looking for is in the interior right side of a big turn 5km after "Botteghino - Lago dei castori", after a little uphill slope followed immediately by a downhill slope and a right turn.
